Come join us on April 18th from 9am-3pm at the Frederick County Fairgrounds for a fun day for the whole family! We can't wait to see everyone 😀
What does “healthy” actually look like in a world that’s always rushing, always plugged in, and mostly disconnected from where food even comes from? When we’ve traded local food and real rhythms for convenience, it’s no surprise so many people feel off—tired, unsure, and left guessing at how to actually care for their bodies. What happens when we return to something more rooted—closer to our food, our land, and the people raising it?
At the Spring Farm Hop on April 18th, we’re sitting down with a group of local voices for our Healthy Living Locally panel—people who aren’t chasing trends, but living this out in real, practical ways.
You’ll hear from:
• Stacie Haaga — Stacie Haaga Nutrition
Sunlight, circadian rhythm, protein intake, and eating with the seasons—not against them.
• Dr. Darrell Volschke — Active Health Chiropractic
Movement, mobility, and how the way you use your body shapes your long-term health.
• Tony Eash — Triple E Farms
Raw milk, dairy, herdshares, and what it really means to source food close to home.
• Kaylee Richardson — The Honeystead
Herbal remedies from your kitchen, garden, and the overlooked value of honeybee byproducts.
If you’ve been trying to sort through all the noise around “health” and get back to something more grounded, this is for you.
What questions do you want answered? Drop them in the comments and we’ll bring them to the panel.
The Spring Farm Hop is a full day to connect the dots—meet your farmers, learn a skill, shake a hand, and stock your pantry from the source.
