💖 Happy Valentines Day! 💖

Today we celebrate love in all its forms. Let today be a day to show our friends and loved ones how much they mean to us!

Yesterday we celebrated with cupcakes and cookies. Vickie and Dave serenaded us with their beautiful love songs. Valerie Tuinstra delivered laughter and amazing balloon bouquets.

Our dietary aide/cook Shannon won first place with her vending machine Valentine Basket. Alicia took second place with her Love Blooms Here bouquet.

Mr and Mrs Getzen were crowned this years King and Queen. Their love story and dedication to each other inspires us all!

There’s something special about uncovering a hidden treasure! ✨
Our residents enjoyed a hands-on gem excavation activity the other day. These kits are put together by the Discovery Channel and for sale at many businesses - we found these ones at WalMart. Here, Pat demonstrates how this encouraged movement, concentration, and curiosity. Staying engaged, challenged, and having fun plays a big role in overall well-being at every age.
