Monday afternoon we ate cookies faster than we could decorate them. UP Hospice and Home Health volunteers and coordinator Jill helped make the time extra special and fun! Thank you!!

On Monday we had a blast taking Christmas photos! 🎄
Our nurse, Linda, is always up for fun and accepted our plea that she be Ms. Claus and she nailed it! Anna played The Grinch and she made sure to live up to some of the shenanigans! We appreciate them being great sports for our residents! 💝🤩

🕰️ What time is it??? TIME FOR GRACE TO HEAD HOME!!!
Grace came to our facility for some rehabilitation and even though she loved us, she was determined to get back home. With that goal at the top of her list she put in lots of hard work and shared lots of cat naps with us afterwards and well, here we are! ✨
Grace put smiles on our faces and it was nothing short of an honor to get to know her. Grace’s maiden name was in fact Roubal and she made sure to share with us how proud they’d be! 🥹💝 That meant so much to hear!
Grace, you made 100 look easy!! All our warmest wishes are with you!

🚐 Our residents took a field trip straight to Wabasha, Minnesota… well, almost. They headed to the theater to watch Grumpy Old Men.

🍿 With free popcorn and soda in hand, they laughed at fishing rivalries, icy pranks, and neighborly mischief!

✨ Huge shout out to the Mariner Theatre/Pixels Arcade for hosting this showing. 💝🙏🏽 If you haven’t checked them out in awhile, we highly recommend you do! Also…did you know they show the Packers Games on the big screens? 👀💚💛

We stopped at Phillippo Insurance in Stephenson this morning to drop off the toys from our toy drive that we hosted for Project Give and then we took a ride to Marinette to finish up the Christmas shopping for our residents. 🎄 ✨

After delivering flowers our residents had the best time decorating our Christmas tree!
There were smiles, stories, music, and plenty of holiday spirit as everyone added their favorite ornaments. Moments like these remind us how special it is to celebrate together. ✨🎄

This beautiful lady from the community brought in a bunch of poinsettias for us to deliver to the residents! Their smiles were as great as hers!

THANKFUL THURSDAY!

Every November we think of the abundance we are privileged with and we find ways to bless others. The past few years we baked treats and thanked our local law enforcement, first responders and volunteer fire department.

This year we decided to make full Thanksgiving meals and donate them to the local food pantry to bless our community members.

Roubal leaders rallied together and went shopping!

Our residents enjoyed unpacking the groceries, organizing them and putting together the individual meals.

Together we were able to donate six full Thanksgiving meals!!!
