Today the residents and staff had a "spooky" time!! Fun was had by all! Lots of candy and prizes too! The Sailor won the staff costume contest (Thank you for your service!) and all the residents dressed up so adorable that they all won Prizes! This is an opportunity to become a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT.

Roubal Care and Rehab Center is looking for candidates to take the C.N.A. program at Bay College, which is "PAID" for by Roubal Care and Rehab Center.

Wage while going to class is $11/hour for 8 hrs./day for 4 days/week. Wage after completion of class is $16.55/hour. This currently includes the $2.35 hero pay. Must be 17 yrs. or older.

Classes would start on Nov 29, 2021 and end Dec 16, 2021. Class is in Escanaba, Mi. Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST. Next class will start Jan. 9, 2022.

Class size is limited! Must have interview, application completed, fingerprinting and physical done before enrollment.

Position Available: RN Charge Nurse. Part-time or fill-in. Hours are 10:00PM - 6:00AM. Wage - Call for wage.

Positions Available: LPN Charge Nurse. Choose your day/days. Shift 3:00PM - 6:00PM -OR- 7:00PM, whichever you prefer. Wage $21.35/hour.

Positions available: Certified Nursing Assistants. Full-time or part-time. Shifts are 2:00PM - 10:00PM and 10:00PM - 6:00AM. Wage $16.55/hour.

Also Roubal Care is hiring TNAs (temporary nursing assistants). This 8 hour online training combined with our on-site training will prepare you to work as a TNA. Must be 17 yrs. old or older. Wage is $14.20/hour.

On Wednesday, the residents AND all staff were treated with pizza and cheesecake prepared by Belgiumtown here in Stephenson! Thank you to the Landerman's for the wonderful lunch on behalf of all the residents and staff! Later in the day we had live music on the patio by Goodfellows! The facility had a really great day!!

Roubal Care and Rehab Center has a position available for an RN Supervisor. We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee our residents and join our team of caring and compassionate staff!

This position is full-time on day shift, 6:00am-4:00pm, 10 hours per day, 4 days per week, working 1 weekend a month.
If you enjoy resident care and also enjoy paperwork and variety within the job, then this job is for you. Primarily an office job that coordinates the care of our residents with all nursing staff, our Physician, family members and outside clinical consults. Also includes hands on resident care.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, electronic documentation, MDS assessments and care planning.

Roubal Care and Rehab Center is a CMS 5 star rated, 39 bed skilled nursing facility.

ROUBAL CARE STAFF AND RESIDENTS WERE SURPRISED BY THE GREEN BAY PACKER ORGANIZATION!

While celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care week, May 9 thru May 15, Roubal Care and Rehab Center’s staff and residents had a very welcomed surprise from Sandy Roubal, Corporate Giving Coordinator, and her helper, Brad Sandahl, on behalf of the Green Bay Packers.

With last year being so tough on everyone, the Green Bay Packers Organization wanted to surprise our frontline workers and residents with a 2019 Collector’s Series Football and a card of authenticity! Residents and staff were very excited for the welcome gift.

Roubal Care and Rehab Center celebrated National Skilled Nursing Care week with resident/staff challenge games, theme days, color war games, prizes, cook out barbecue, ice cream sundaes and cake.

This year, the theme is “Together through the Seasons.” We take this week to celebrate the residents living in our facility and our staff who care for them.

Scott and Laurie Roubal and Candy Meintz, Administrator, said this past year has been very difficult on our residents, staff and families. We are very thankful for everyone here at Roubal Care. They are truly amazing!
