To our Executive Directors Mary Zolno, thank you. You carry the weight of compliance, staffing, budgets, family concerns, state surveys, and a hundred daily curveballs most people never see. You lead teams through long days and even longer nights. You answer the hard questions. You make the tough calls. And you do it all while protecting the dignity and care of the residents who trust us with their lives.

Leadership in senior living is not for the faint of heart. It takes grit, patience, thick skin, and a very steady moral compass. You show up anyway. Every single day.
