Independent Living‘s weekly Happy Hour was frightfully fun yesterday! Life Enrichment Manager Rene went all out with an assortment of Halloween themed hors d’oeuvres, and a ghoulishly delightful “Hocus-Pocus Punch” signature cocktail. A few of the residents also got a chance to show off their handmade witch hats they created at Ladies Night with Jasmine! Happy Halloween! 🎃

It’s a wonderful day when all the neighborhoods can get together to share an uplifting experience. Thank you so much to the Macomb County Sheriff Mounted Division for bringing their beautiful horses to our community to visit the residents and bonus, they were all decked out in their Halloween gear! Our Life Enrichment team really does a fabulous job in delighting our residents with fun times like this. 🎃 🐎

Congratulations to our Independent Living Associate of the Month for October, Reggie! Reggie joined us six months ago on our Transportation team and he has made an impression as being kind and easy-going. Reggie enjoys interacting with the residents and helping others. During his time away from Waltonwood, he also works as a barber, takes care of his beautiful vehicles and loves spending time with his family. Thank you, Reggie!
