🚨🚨🚨We are requesting all of our staff to take maximum precautions with this expected Winter Weather for this weekend and early next week. In addition to snow and ice, and there maybe possible power outages. We are also requesting for families to be on standby to care for their loved ones in case our staff are unable to get to work. Job Opening: Office Assistant with CNA License in STERLING VA
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Office Assistant with an active CNA license to join our team.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday office hours, with some weekends as needed
Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls and text messages
Create and maintain client schedules
Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients
Provide support and assistance to caregivers in the field
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
CNA certification required
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish / English
