“When my mom arrived at Potomac Falls Rehab in December, I was hoping to see her get some relief from consistent care. What I am witnessing now, exceeds my expectations by far.
With the consistent care and attention from the staff on the Allegheny wing, my mom is thriving. She has more energy, makes new friends, and enjoys many of the activities—she even went to Joe’s Diner on the shuttle! Mariama and Agnes A. care for her daily needs with such kindness, making her feel seen and heard.
A special thank-you to Angelina for always encouraging mom to join activities, and to the nursing staff—Thelma, Evelyne, Shirin, and Jaime—for keeping such a close watch on her health. William and Jose have even adjusted her meals to her taste, which she loves.
