Not your average resistance band exercise š
I looped a light band through my thumb and wrapped it around my forearm to create a flossing effectāadding tension and shear to the tissues.
Think:
⨠improving circulation
⨠helping things feel less āstuckā
⨠giving your overworked wrists + forearms some love
If youāre someone who uses your hands a lot (massage therapists, lifters, desk work, etc.) this can feel SO good.
Itās not about forcing anythingājust gentle tension + movement and letting your body respond.
Your body isnāt tight for no reason. Sometimes it just needs a little different input š
