If your sleep still feels disrupted weeks after the holidays, you’re not behind: you’re human. Travel, late nights, stress, alcohol, sugar, and schedule changes can throw off your circadian rhythm longer than most people expect. Our advice to you:

1. Pick one consistent wake-up time
Even on weekends. This matters more than bedtime.

2. Get morning light within 30 minutes
Natural light helps reset your circadian rhythm.

3. Cut stimulation earlier than you think
Lower lights, limit screens, and reduce mental load 60–90 minutes before bed.

4. Support your body, not just your mind
Stretching, breath work, or self care can reduce physical tension that disrupts sleep.

5. Keep expectations realistic
Sleep improves gradually — consistency beats forcing it.
