As we get ready to announce the 2026 Rituals Sponsored Athletes, I realized many people may only know me for my work in women’s health and pregnancy.
But my roots in chiropractic actually started with athletes and sports performance.
I’ve had the privilege of working with world champion athletes in triathlon, climbing, cycling, and ultrarunning, and my time living and working in Boulder, CO deeply shaped how I practice today.
Athletics have always been part of my life too. I’ve completed multiple 50k, 50-mile, and 100-mile races, half Ironmans, and even attempted 200 miles. And if the Olympics are on… I’m completely obsessed.
I love working with athletes because they know their bodies so well. Sometimes the smallest change can make the biggest difference.
Like many people, I lost a little of that athletic identity while building my business and raising a family—but I’m back in training.
This year I’m taking on my first HYROX, and even better—my mom is my doubles partner. My goal is to complete three HYROX events this year, run Schuetzen Nein (9-hour race), and pace friends at several ultras.
I understand the drive, dedication, sacrifice, and toll that sport can take on the body.
Which is exactly why I love supporting athletes.
And why I’m so excited to introduce the 2026 Rituals Sponsored Athletes
Announcement coming soon!
