Quick update on Setchell Chiropractic: As many of you know, and I believe in an open communication, that I have commuted since 2009 from Le Claire IA and practiced here in the Sterling/Rock Falls region either under Finney Chiropractic and since 2016 ownership of the practice(Setchell Chiropractic). An opportunity came up in my hometown to take over a practice which I will be officially taking over on Monday August 14. With that being said my hours will change in the Sterling office. I will be in the Sterling office the following hours:

Tuesdays 9-5
Thursdays 9-1
