UPDATE-
In reference to comments about selling some items on marketplace, yes our previous location had several duplicates (several rooms). This means there are some things sold locally (as I have 5 of many and only need a couple- and much of the sales are planned due to having 3 storage units, full garage and two grown kiddos that moved away, hence several non-business sales planned for years when they moved).
We have always stated we are relocating and consolidating (in reference to several gossip comments here).
Here's what I can share publicly, (anyone can always CONTACT ME for details - here's why....) Parts of the business are being sold to providers which I've been training. Nothing has changed there (as far as services prepaid... ALL will be honored). We are close to training completion of those staff for services (at which time, several clients will begin being contacted to receive prepaid treatments/certificates by NECO at new location --to give new staff hands-on training of facials, microneedling, cryo etc).
THIS has not been announced publicly yet due to the new location (another business) is not ready to announce, schedule, take volume of calls until their staff are ready provide competently (soon- finally, it's been a process for me too).
Handing over medical procedures takes a lot of regulations, forms, documenting, and specialized training (this was never going to be convenient but it is nearly complete๐๐).
This all needs to be considered regardless of inconvenience to us all, to assure all services and business transitions are done by policy --and it involves more than myself (i.e other professionals have wanted to offer this part of NECO business in their location for some time- meaning, services will still be offered locally; it just takes a village to do it right and only once). This allows the turnover of (select) services, while meeting the same caliber our clients have come to expect. I won't put clients at risk to rush a process that should deliver an excellent product and must meet evidence-based, clinical results.
I will return for Botox/filler on part time basis at that business-- ex. schedule a couple weekends to assure clients are kept on schedules (much like how NECO started)-- I'll be a resource to the staff that are taking over select services in the other business until they get routines with medical documentation, policies, vendors, inventory, etc.
All clients who have contacted me have info that we are consolidating & moving, and this post is the FIRST info about the reason for time it takes (-- this is because it is not just about NECO, but others involved as well, and respect for their ability to confidently give medical procedures by policy).
Please rest assured that contacting me is the best way to get accurate info, and no need to assume negative. There is NO conspiracy or change in this same message clients have received when contacting me.
Public posts without contacting me however, skip steps in favor of ideas that just simply aren't true. Going back and forth won't change it, filing in the blanks to assume the opposite won't change it.
Everything is going to be honored (when some services could have been discontinued after packages fulfilled), but we have several clients who want to continue the services I can't maintain with my decline of chronic health diagnosis. So, the decision was made to benefit the most people, this is a way to keep this caliber of medical treatments in our region in the long game.
