’Twas the grind before Christmas, and all through the queue,
The denials were mounting, the audits came too.
With copays unsettled and EOBs late,
We prayed reimbursement would soon clear the gate.
Traci was dialing, insurance on call,
Appealing denials with patience for all.
She whispered, “Stay steady, don’t let them delay,
We’ll get these claims paid—come what may.”
Tifenne was juggling the schedules once more,
For Jar Bear and Global’s team keeping the score.
Harassing poor Riley to switch to Chiefs pride,
“I’m a sucker for drama!” she laughed as she tried.
Rebekah checked eligibilities, sharp as a tack,
No detail forgotten, no info to lack.
She hunted for EOBs, each one for Ron,
Who audited fiercely till errors were gone.
Nicole was babysitting providers all day,
Credentialing questions came loud in the fray.
For Angie she clarified, steady and bright,
Her answers brought calm and her tone was just right.
Pretending as Travis to get things all set,
Her guidance ensured no one’s needs were unmet.
Michelle in meetings, new processes made,
Annoying poor Ron with revisions displayed.
“Check emails! Use Smartsheets!” she cheerfully cried,
While Verona chased Leighton, to keep us in stride.
And though the work piled, the team never swayed,
They posted and processed so providers got paid.
With laughter and teamwork, they conquered the fight—
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a claim night!

We truly are so blessed, our family/team has grown again! Everyone, please welcome Vanessa to Northeastern Plains Solutions, LLC! She comes to us with years of amazing experience and wonderful qualities! We are so happy to have found another amazing team member!

Our family at Northeastern Plains Solutions has grown. Rebekah has already been a huge asset for our growth! We are so grateful for our family! Ron keeps our companies on track with pulling audits and locating any insurance errors, Traci keeps our companies running smoothly with claim follow-ups to ensure our companies and providers are being taken care of. Nicole and Rebekah keep our providers information up to date on their credentials and keeps their contracts active with insurance, Nicole also bills some of our largest companies to insurance. Tifenne bills our services for our companies and providers, Tifenne also handles a large majority of the front facing customer/client services. Michelle (not pictured) keeps us all in line, ensuring our tasks are completed with the upmost professionalism and thoroughness! Northeastern Plains Solutions would like to thank not only our staff but our loyal companies, providers, and clients for their business and allowing us to take care of their needs!
