This was two months ago.
We were just out for a peaceful night walk with Rey, (our mini schnauzer) not expecting much.
But then we saw her — a mama deer, nursing her two fawns under the trees.
She didn’t run.
She just looked at us.
And we stood still and watched.
It was a moment that reminded me how much beauty exists when you’re present.
