Last week SAHC's Interim Medical Director, Dr. Danielle' Walsh McPherson, and Director of Quality & Risk, Stacy Thibault met with Amy Alward, Director of Population Health, Cheryl Gildner, Director of Data and Analytics, and Wendi Basel, EHR Operational Consultant from Michigan Primary Care Association and Michigan Community Health Network to work on population health tracking.

Using tools to track our quality measures ensures continuity of care for our patients and that we are providing the highest quality of care at each visit.

We are grateful for the partnership and support we have from MPCA/MCHN to better serve our patients and our community!
