My head shines with wisdom… and occasionally (always) overhead lighting.

I believe in creating a safe space, especially one that is 100% insect-free. Non-negotiable. I yelled the other day when I saw a fly, and it almost registered as a whistle note.

I thought TikTok was called “tiktack” for an embarrassingly long time.

Some weeks in this work stay with you.

After seeing over 30 incredible clients this week, I’m reminded, again, of the quiet strength it takes to show up, to be honest, and to keep going even when things feel heavy.

There were hard moments, yes. But also breakthroughs, courage, laughter, and those small-but-powerful shifts that matter more than they seem.

If you’re doing the work, it counts. Keep going. 💛

Doing therapy while feeling a little (a lot) under-the-weather-y…. Even on the sniffly, low-energy days, I’m reminded how much I truly love what I do. Grateful to have the opportunity to show up, connect, and care. Now, nap time. Wait… Don Pedro’s first!
