In our March Voices of Impact session, we’re joined by The Connection Co. for a meaningful conversation about expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

The Connection Co. was founded to help job seekers with disabilities reach their employment goals while supporting the professionals and advocates who make that progress possible. Through their scholarship fund with us, they’re investing in individuals who are passionate about empowering, educating, and advocating for people with disabilities.

This session explores the work they’re doing in our community to increase job access, how their efforts are evolving alongside shifts in the industry, and the vision behind their scholarship fund.

We’ve got a double birthday to celebrate at Team TCC! 🎉

Rick—what can we even say? He’s the guy everyone knows and loves. Rick’s community-building skills are truly out of this world—connecting dots, creating friendships, and advocating fiercely for others. He leads with his whole heart, and it shows in everything he does.

Sherry is also a fierce advocate and an incredible note-taker. She provides our consumers with steady, reliable support, helping set them up for long-term success once job coaching ends. Kind, dedicated, and deeply caring, Sherry’s commitment shines through in her work every single day.
