Thank you so much to everyone who has mailed us a Valentine card for our 4th Annual Valentine's Day Challenge! 📫

For those not familiar with the Challenge, we are asking our community to come together and send as many Valentine cards as possible, from across the United States and beyond, to our center by Feb. 14th. The first year we received 810 cards, but it has now grown to thousands annually! ♥

Residents absolutely love reading all of your messages and seeing the beautiful and creative cards coming in. Please keep our mailbox full by sending them to: 💌

As we close out the holidays, we have geared up for another favorite time of the year: our Annual Valentine's Day Challenge! 💌

Now in our fourth year, we are once again asking people to send us Valentine cards from all over the world. In years past, the center has received over 3,000 cards from 40+ states and multiple countries. We display the Valentines as they come in, lining our walls and windows from top to bottom, and we read each and every one! 🤓

Valentines are starting to arrive and we love it! 💌

Our first card was from Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary, so thank you! Other cards that have lined our walls hail from Death Valley National Park rangers, South Carolina Aquarium, Enjoy Mt. Vernon, and our local community. 🌄🐟🐅

We are hosting our 4th Annual Valentine's Day Challenge with the hopes of filling our center with Valentine cards from all over the world! 💌

The residents are excited to see how many messages we will get by Feb. 14th. The first year, we received 810, and last year, we got a 2,232! In 2026, we are aiming to beat that number, but we need your help! We love to read each Valentine, especially those filled with positive words and stories. 😊
