There are enough jokers on the internet. We’re not adding to the list today. 😏

The only leg getting pulled here is a therapeutic one. Zach, physical therapist at our Stevens Point North clinic, is dialing in this assisted hamstring stretch to improve flexibility, ease tension, and get the body moving the way it should.
Then, following it up with activation work to lock in that mobility.

Because better movement doesn’t stop at the stretch.

…Though, let’s be honest, a few good jokes are therapeutic too. Stop in and see for yourself!
