Dr. Jordan and Jim Lepak, PA-C took part in the Polar Plunge last weekend! 🧊❄️ While it was a little too cold to safely plunge outdoors, they were still troopers when the event moved indoors.

This annual event raises money for the Boston School Forest, and we’re proud of their willingness to jump in (literally and figuratively!) for such a great cause. Thanks for representing our team and supporting the community!

Huge thank you to our amazing Physician Assistants for hosting a wonderful Christmas luncheon for the team last week! 🎄 Everything was delicious, and we’re so grateful for the time and effort they put into preparing such a thoughtful meal.

We also appreciate all that they do throughout the year—providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with our team, and making a positive impact each day. We are truly lucky to work alongside such a dedicated group. Wishing everyone a joyful and healthy holiday season! ✨

❄️ Stay safe while enjoying the outdoors this season!

Preventing falls starts with a few simple steps:

🔹Wear well-fitting, supportive shoes with a back to keep your feet secure.
🔹Choose shoes with good traction or add Yaktrax for icy conditions.
🔹Use walking sticks, trekking poles, or a cane for extra balance.
🔹Scan your path ahead to avoid hazards like uneven sidewalks or tree roots.
🔹Look for features that can help, like a street sign to hold onto or curb-free crosswalks.
🔹Practice heel-to-toe walking to reduce your risk of tripping.

Your joints, bones, and overall health will thank you - and your confidence walking outside will too! 💙

Last Friday we got to have some fun at our annual Christmas party! 🎄✨

This year’s celebration included a murder mystery show during dinner, performed by the team at Laughable Productions. There were plenty of laughs — and some impressive detectives in the audience who successfully solved the case! 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♂️

A big shoutout to UWSP for providing a beautiful venue and UWSP Dining for a delicious meal. We couldn’t have asked for a better night!

Cheers to another year of hard work, teamwork, and joy — and to many more celebrations ahead. ❤️🎉

After years of pain, Tammy decided to take her life back - and she says surgery was the best decision she’s ever made.

Today, she’s back to gardening, kayaking, and spending time with family - doing the things she loves most.

We’re so grateful to have been part of her journey to feeling whole again. 💙

Meet Courtney Roth, PT, DPT! 🌟

We’re excited to introduce Courtney, one of the newest members of our physical therapy team at our Business Park location! Born and raised right here in Stevens Point, Courtney is thrilled to be back in her hometown helping others move, feel, and live better.

Courtney’s passion for physical therapy started with her love of staying active and her curiosity about how the body works. She enjoys getting to know each patient’s unique story and creating a personalized plan to help them reach their goals - whether that’s returning to sports, recovering from an injury, or simply getting back to the activities they love most.

⛄ ❄️ Wisconsin winters test more than just our patience - they test our bodies!

The combination of ice and snow leads to more fractures of the wrists, ankles, hips, and shoulders from unexpected slips.

Even necessary chores like snow shoveling are culprits for pulled muscles and rotator cuff injuries, so always stretch before you lift.

For those enjoying winter sports, be sure to focus on knee stability to reduce the risk of ACL/MCL tears or meniscus damage. Protect your joints, enjoy the season safely!⛷️ 🏂

Renee covers three key areas:
🔹 Adopting a heel-to-toe walking pattern
🔹Using an assistive device like a cane or walking stick
🔹Staying aware of your surroundings (like curbs and signs)

🎁 SPO is a Toys for Tots Donation Site! 🎁

If you’d like to participate, you can drop off new, unwrapped toys in the Toys for Tots box located in our lobby right by the entrance. Toys are accepted for children from newborn through 18 years old.

Last year, our Stevens Point community distributed an incredible 4,048 toys — let’s help make this year just as special. ❤️

🗓️ Donations will be picked up on December 10.
