This week on Nov 13 we celebrate World Kindness Day!

When you do something kind, your brain releases those feel good chemicals (dopamine and serotonin), creating a sense of warmth, purpose and joy. Seeing or Receiving kindness allows others to act more kindly themselves, creating a domino effect of spreading kindness to others.
