Some things (like sourdough) can be complicated. You can raise your own starter, name it, feed it, and babysit it like a tiny carb child. OR… you can support a local mama baker who already did the magic for you. Win-win.

Other meals? Shockingly simple.

Quinoa. Grilled chicken. Peppers. Avocado. Pickled onions. Done.

Protein ✔️

Fiber ✔️

Healthy fats ✔️

Flavor that doesn’t come from a lab ✔️

Here’s the truth: real food matters because your body recognizes it. It knows what to do with ingredients that grew from the earth, walked on it, or came from it. That means steadier energy, better focus, happier digestion, and fewer mystery ingredients your body has to “figure out.”

Is it always convenient? Not always.

Is it worth it? Every single time.

You don’t have to overhaul your entire kitchen overnight. Start small. Swap one processed snack for something whole. Add color to your plate. Support a local baker (we love !). Build a protein bowl. Try something new (that was my goal making these pretzels for the Super Bowl last weekend!).

I say it all the time: small changes → big impact.

You don’t have to throw everything away or live like a minimalist monk to reduce toxins in your home 😉
Small, doable swaps can make a big difference over time.

A few easy places to start:
• swap non-stick pans for cast iron (durable + less chemical exposure). My favorite pan is from ! We use it daily, no joke.

• make simple DIY cleaners with vinegar, baking soda, and a little essential oil. The window cleaner we use in the office is made with vinegar and Dawn dishsoap.

• use Norwex cloths to clean with just water, fewer chemicals, less residue. I’m sure other companies are out there with similar products, too. Shoot us a message with your faves!

• add a few houseplants to help support cleaner indoor air! (AND get outside and breathe in nature for a few minutes each day!)

• try a salt lamp for a warm glow and a calmer, cozy environment. Bonus points that it helps absorb some EMF’s!

Pick one change. Start there. Your body is always responding to its environment — even the small stuff matters.

NEW Research from the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation! The paper is titled: Addition of a Sagittal Cervical Posture Corrective Orthotic Device to a Multimodal Rehabilitation Program Improves Short- and Long-Term Outcomes in Patients With Discogenic Cervical Radiculopathy. This paper shows that using the cervical Denneroll orthotic can lead to:

• Significant improvement in cervical lordosis (that healthy neck curve we want)

• Reduced forward head posture

• Sustained decreases in neck and arm pain

• Long-term improvements in function and daily comfort, even at a one-year follow-up

And here’s the really cool part 👇

Babies aren’t “too young” for care, they’re right on time. Some of my most precious memories are of taking care of little itty bitty babies. 🤍

With most neurological development happening early in life (especially in those first 12 months!), supporting the body, spine and nervous system from the start can make a big impact. It makes more sense to me to get babies and kids’ spines checked so that if we find any issues, we can take care of them well before they cause anything that could be long term. You know, the whole ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure old adage.

Adjusting babies and kids can definitely look different than what an adult adjustment might look like. Either way, when we impact the nervous system it positively impacts the brain and body. I see that as a win for everyone!

Keep in mind: birth, learning to walk, school stress, sports, and screen time all impact the spine and nervous system. From newborn snuggles to adult adjustments, we’ve got your whole family covered.

No child should have to wonder if there will be food at home tonight.

That’s why, once again this year, we’re partnering with Back Packs 4 Hope — a local organization that makes sure kids in our community have food for nights and weekends when school otherwise they might go without.

Every can, box, and bag of food you drop off at our office helps fill a backpack… and that backpack fills a child’s heart with comfort and security.

Our food drive runs through November 13, and our table is already filling up (which makes my heart so happy!) — but we know we can make an even bigger impact together.

👉 Bring your nonperishable items to Infinity Wellness & Chiropractic this week and next, and let’s show these kids that our community sees them, cares for them, and won’t let them go hungry.

Because health isn’t just about adjusting spines — it’s about nourishing hearts. 💙
