It’s been just over 9 years since I completed my first yoga training. When I signed up, my goal wasn’t to teach. I simply wanted to be the best student, the one who could “do every pose the right way.”

But after the first week, everything shifted. I learned there is no single “right way”, in yoga or in life. That realization made me want to share the practice with others.

I started teaching anywhere that would welcome me; at the fire department, libraries, parks, and local businesses. My hope has always been simple: to get people moving, breathing, and feeling better in their own bodies, without waiting for the “perfect” time or the “perfect” way.

So here we are, 9 years later, still not doing it right 😉
