You know what else helps to keep me pushing and lifting heavy…

Knowing that I’m creating my body to be more insulin sensitive and how impactful and necessary that is for the body to heal and maintain peak performance ✨

Find the things that help to keep you reaching for a higher goal, dig into that to help push you when you don’t feel like it!

Which if your like me, I have more days of not feeling like it 😳

It’s hard, it takes a ton of effort some days to make the choice of health and healing ❤️‍🩹

When I dig into the science and experience how amazing I feel after doing it on the days I don’t feel like, I feel powerful and know I can overcome those feelings on most days.

I’m never going to tell you I could do it everyday, I’m human and I fall short!

But what matters is I keep getting back up and keep trying, I try to not let a few bad days take over my mind!

Sometimes we need rest, just don’t give up!!! Keep showing up for yourself 🥰

Pumpkin seeds may be small, but they are mighty, packed full of valuable nutrients.

Eating only a small amount of them can provide you with a substantial quantity of healthy fats, magnesium, and zinc.

Pumpkin seeds have been associated with several health benefits, including improved heart health, prostate health, and possible protection against certain cancers.

Pumpkin seeds:
High in magnesium and zinc
High in antioxidants
High in fiber
Helps maintain healthy blood sugar
May improve sleep

We like to eat them as a snack right off the tray or I also love to add them to our salads ✨💕

What you break your fast with matters!

I always break my extended fast with water and psyllium husk to start.

I try to then have a few tablespoons of sauerkraut, to feed the good gut bacteria and start my digestive system!

On eating days I always drink moringa and Collagen, for all the health benefits!

Last night we had chicken thighs with fire roasted tomatoes and olives for our protein, paired with riced hearts of palm, air fried green beans and salad for our veggies and greens!
