Good nutrition plays an important role in maintaining energy, supporting the immune system, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. This month, challenge yourself and your family to try new healthy foods, cook more meals at home, and build habits that support long-term health.

Your health matters to us, and we are proud to support the wellbeing of our community every day.

At Haskell Regional Hospital, we’re committed to helping families understand the importance of healthy sleep habits and recognizing early signs of sleep-related concerns.

Quality sleep is essential for physical health, emotional well-being, behavior, and academic success. Conditions like sleep apnea, insomnia, restless sleep, and sleep-related breathing disorders are common, but with timely evaluation and treatment, they’re often manageable.

March is **Autoimmune Awareness Month** 💜

At **Haskell Regional Hospital**, we’re proud to stand with the millions of individuals living with autoimmune diseases and to help bring greater awareness to these often invisible conditions.

Autoimmune diseases happen when the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own healthy tissues. There are more than 100 identified autoimmune conditions — including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and type 1 diabetes — and they can affect people of all ages.

This month, we encourage our community to:
💜 Learn about common symptoms like chronic fatigue, joint pain, inflammation, and unexplained fevers
💜 Listen and offer support to those managing autoimmune conditions
💜 Prioritize regular checkups and early conversations with your healthcare provider

If you have concerns about your health, our team is here to help with compassionate, local care you can trust.

Awareness leads to understanding. Understanding leads to better support and better health.
