Haskell County Healthy Living program

The KI BOIS/TSET Healthy Living Program is working to reduce tobacco's influence and the effects of obesity in Haskell County.

We are a community project combining Haskell and Latimer county in an effort to make our communities a healthier place to be.

KI BOIS operates food pantries in Stigler, Wilburton and Poteau. Please share this information with individuals or families who are food-insecure.

The pantries operate M-F from 9am to 4pm.

Our annual Hike for Whole Health is scheduled for November 15th at Tamaha!!! If you enjoy hiking, history, good food and nature, come on out!!! We will have goodies and door prizes available.

Hey guys! The Town of Keota recently lowered the speed limit throughout town..mainly around the school. The HLP and OSU HOPS program are going to be painting some crosswalk lion paws around the school. We need some help! We are looking at maybe Thursday and Friday of next week...July 31 and August 1. We plan to start early in the morning both days so we don't have to work through the heat of the day. Hit me up if you can help!!! Thanks!! DD

A great big THANK YOU to all of our artists that came for our art walk yesterday! I have to say that Haskell County showed up and showed off!!! It was so fun! I am truly amazed at the talent in our community!
