Grieving is a process. It involves periods of sorrow, numbness, guilt, and anger. Crying is particularly important as we grieve.
Everyone goes through the grieving process in different ways. If you find that your crying is starting to interfere with your everyday life, then it can be helpful to speak with a healthcare professional, but please, don’t stifle your tears. Let them flow as God continues to heal your heart.
