We’re opening the floor. 🌿

If you could ask a pelvic health physical therapist anything… what would it be?

Bladder leaks when you run?
Pain with intimacy?
Core strength after pregnancy?
Posture and breathing?
Menopause changes?
Something you’ve wondered about your body but never known who to ask?

Nothing is off limits here. Pelvic health conversations deserve to be normal conversations.

👇 Drop your question in the comments.

Prefer to ask privately?
Send us a DM.

We’ll post DM questions back in the comments anonymously so others can learn from them too.

April Fool’s Myth: your core is just your abs.

In reality, your core is a system — breath, diaphragm, abdominals, pelvic floor, and posture all working together to support movement, lifting mechanics, and pressure management.

When that system isn’t working well, it can show up as things many active people experience but rarely talk about:

• leaking during workouts
• pelvic pressure
• hip or back pain during lifts
• feeling like your core isn’t doing its job

These symptoms are common, but they aren’t something you have to just live with. They’re signals your body is asking for support.

That’s why Oasis Physical Therapy and GymOne are teaming up to host a free community workshop:

The Missing Link in Core Training

No Joke — Breath, Pelvic Floor, Posture, and Pressure Management for Stronger Training

📅 April 1 | 5:30 PM
📍 GymOne — Stillwater

We’ll take a fresh look at how breath, posture, core, and pelvic floor work together and share movement strategies to support strong, confident workouts.

Free to attend — stop by GymOne to add your name to the list or call 405-338-9136 to be added.

Did you know people with endometriosis spend an average of 7–10 years searching for answers? 🌈

That means many people live nearly a decade with symptoms that are often dismissed as “just bad periods” or something they’re told to simply push through. ✨

Common signs of endometriosis can include: 🌿
• Severe or worsening menstrual cramps
• Pelvic, abdominal, low back, or hip pain
• Pain with s*x
• Pain with bowel movements or urination
• Bloating (“endo belly”)
• Heavy bleeding or irregular cycles
• Digestive symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, or nausea
• Fatigue and brain fog
• Fertility challenges
• Pain with exercise or prolonged sitting
• Bladder urgency or discomfort

These are common signs of endometriosis, but they are often overlooked or minimized. 🌱

One of the biggest barriers to diagnosis is that endometriosis requires truly specialty-trained gynecologic care. Many general OB/GYNs are not surgically trained in advanced endometriosis excision techniques, which can lead to delayed diagnosis or incomplete treatment. ✨

Because of this, care for endometriosis often works best as a team approach. 🤝

A true endometriosis-specialty gynecologist can diagnose and surgically treat the disease itself, while pelvic health physical therapy plays a major role in addressing the muscular, movement, and nervous system impacts that often develop alongside it. 🌿

Pelvic PT can help with pelvic floor muscle tension, pain with movement or intimacy, hip and abdominal mechanics, scar mobility, and the nervous system sensitivity that can develop after years of unmanaged pain. ✨

At Oasis Physical Therapy, we believe people deserve answers sooner — and access to the right care team to support them. 🌿🌈

In honor of Endometriosis Awareness Month, we also highlighted endometriosis in this month’s Oasis newsletter. ✨

💚 If these symptoms sound familiar, know that you’re not alone and there are options.

Reach out to our team to learn more or schedule an evaluation — and share this post with someone who may still be searching for answers. 🌿✨

It’s time.

No more wondering.
No more guessing.
No more feeling like pelvic health is something we’re not “supposed” to talk about.

Pelvic health is foundational — to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, s*xual health, men’s health, movement, breathing, lifting, running… daily life. And yet most of us were never actually taught how it works.

We’re done with the gatekeeping.

Demystifying Pelvic Health: A Live Conversation is an open, education-first webinar where you can sit down (virtually) with a pelvic health rehab specialist and finally understand your body.

Real education.
Real questions.
Straightforward answers.
Zero judgment.

You can ask questions live or submit them anonymously. No assessments. No pressure. Just clear, honest conversation.

Now is the time to know your body — before symptoms worsen, before confusion builds, before you keep powering through things that deserve attention.

If you’re ready to understand pelvic health in a way that actually makes sense, this is your space.

Save this date. Show up for yourself.

Comment or DM us and we’ll send you the Zoom link 🌿

We care deeply about this stuff. 🤍

About the person who’s been told their pain is “normal.”
About the one ignoring bowel changes because life is busy.
About the friend who keeps putting themselves last.

We are done normalizing symptoms. 🚫
Painful periods aren’t normal.
Chronic constipation isn’t normal.
Being dismissed isn’t normal.

Our March newsletter just went out — covering endometriosis 💛, colon health 💙, prevention, nutrition 🥑, and details about our upcoming webinar:

🎥 Demystifying Pelvic Health: A Live Zoom “Ask Me Anything” (Pelvic Health 101)

This is why we do what we do. Education changes outcomes. 📚✨

If you’re not on our newsletter list yet — get on it. Pelvic health information shouldn’t feel mysterious or hard to access. 🌿

And if you are? Forward it to someone you’ve been wanting to gently encourage. 🤝

Better care starts with better information.

WE’RE HIRING — PT / PTA (Pelvic Health)

POV: You level up your pelvic health career.

Built by a pelvic health PT, for pelvic health PTs.

✨ One-on-one, every visit
✨ Full-hour sessions that allow true head-to-toe care
✨ Time to assess breath, pressure, nervous system regulation — not just symptoms
✨ Fewer patients. Deeper clinical reasoning.
✨ Documentation systems that don’t follow you home

Oasis was intentionally built for pelvic health therapists and pelvic health patients.
Not an afterthought.
Not a side service.
Not something added into an already full clinic model.

This space, these systems, this schedule — they were designed specifically for this work.

You’re not triple booked.
You’re not rushing through education.
You’re not trying to make pelvic health fit into someone else’s structure.

Instead?

🌿 Autonomy in your plan of care
🌿 Direct mentorship and collaboration
🌿 Clear systems that protect your schedule
🌿 A culture that values mental health and sustainability
🌿 Space to become a truly exceptional pelvic health clinician

This is intentional, root-cause, next-level pelvic health.

If you’re already in pelvic health — or ready to step into it with real mentorship and support — and craving autonomy in your practice…

This might be your place.

📩 DM us or email your resume to start the conversation.

Your career doesn’t have to feel heavy to be impactful. 🌿

🌿 Growth looks like trust.
🌿 Growth looks like community.
🌿 Growth looks like YOU.

As we reflect on 2025, we keep coming back to one word: grateful.

Because behind every number is a person who trusted us with their story, their healing, and their goals.

Here’s what the past few years at Oasis have looked like:

✨ 2023 (Our Opening Year)
43 new clients
238 total appointments

✨ 2024 (The Year We Grew Our PT Team)
120 new clients
976 total appointments

✨ 2025 (The Year We Expanded Services + Added Massage Therapy)
172 new clients
1,596 total appointments

Every single year has brought growth — but more importantly, it has brought deeper connection, grounding in our community, and better care.

At Oasis, we intentionally do healthcare differently.
We protect time.
We stay one-on-one.
We take a head-to-toe, root-cause approach to pelvic health and whole-body care.

That means we get to:
✨ Listen longer
✨ Connect symptoms that often get overlooked
✨ Address things many people are told to “just live with”
✨ Create care plans that are thoughtful, personalized, and sustainable

Adding massage therapy in late 2025 allowed us to support even more people in their wellness and recovery journeys, and we’re just getting started.

To the 172 new faces we welcomed this year…
To every returning client who trusted us again…
To every referral, every shared post, every kind word, every Google review…

Thank you for helping Oasis become what it is.

We are incredibly proud to provide pelvic health care and whole-body physical therapy at a level and depth that simply didn’t exist in our community before — and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

2026, we stay rooted in thoughtful care, meaningful relationships, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

With so much gratitude,
Oasis Physical Therapy 🌿

Hey ChatGPT, do your thing — the Oasis way:::

POV: You built the clinic you wished existed. 🌿

I created Oasis because healthcare started to feel rushed, transactional, and symptom-focused… and I knew people deserved better.

At Oasis, we do things differently:
✨ One-on-one, every visit
✨ Head-to-toe, whole-body care
✨ Pelvic health treated like the essential healthcare it really is
✨ Time to actually listen, connect, and get to the root of what’s going on

I didn’t want to build just another PT clinic… I wanted to build a space where people feel safe, heard, educated, and empowered in their bodies.

And honestly? That mission still drives every single decision we make here.

Welcome to care that’s rooted in community. A little more intentional. A little more human. A little more Oasis. 🤍

💗 Valentine’s Day Giveaway — 10 Free Pelvic Health Screenings 🎁

Sexual Health = Pelvic Health

In a month that celebrates love and connection, we wanted to make space for the kind that starts within your own body. 🫶🏼

Many people experience discomfort with intimacy, ongoing tension, or a sense of disconnection — especially after pregnancy, birth, surgery, hormonal shifts, or simply over time. These experiences are common, but that doesn’t mean they’re something you have to accept or push through.

✨ 15-minute, private, education-only screening
✨ Trauma-informed care
✨ No internal exams • just clarity

If this resonates, this screening was created for you:

• Intimacy feels uncomfortable, painful, or effortful
• Your body has a hard time letting go or fully relaxing
• You notice holding, bracing, or tension without realizing it
• You’ve adapted by avoiding certain movements or closeness
• Things feel different after pregnancy, birth, surgery, or menopause
• You feel a disconnect or lack of ease in your pelvic area
• Something feels off, but it’s hard to name

Pelvic health symptoms often show up quietly and are easy to normalize or ignore. Over time, these patterns tend to layer and intensify, even when we’ve learned to work around them. Taking time now to understand what your body is communicating can make a meaningful difference — and earlier awareness often leads to easier, more lasting change.

💗 Valentine’s Day Giveaway
📅 Screenings available throughout February
📞 Call 405-871-5826 to claim a spot (limited to 10 total)
