Spring may not have yet sprung but allergy season is upon us!! Stay stocked up on the essentials. I like Zyrtec and Flonase both of which are available over the counter. Sinus saline rinses are a great tool for surviving allergy season too! 🤧
🚨VERY HIGH ALLERGY ALERT🚨
🚨VERY HIGH TREE POLLEN (CEDAR and ELM) 🚨
VERY HIGH WEDNESDAY
🚨This is an extreme exposure situation. Severe symptoms may be expected in tree pollen-sensitive individuals. The more seriously allergic people should be advised to stay indoors as much as possible. This is especially true if a person has tree pollen sensitivity or allergic bronchial asthma.🚨
VERY HIGH TREE POLLEN (CEDAR and ELM); LOW W**D POLLEN and LOW MOLD levels; GRASS POLLEN is absent.
TREE POLLEN (CEDAR) has spiked into the VERY HIGH RANGE once again. Combined Tree Pollen counts (CEDAR, ELM, and PINE) put our region as the HIGHEST in the nation today -- and at the SECOND HIGHEST level this season.
The AQI Forecast is 'GOOD' to 'MODERATE' across the state, however smoke from wildfires may be in your area, contributing to localized air quality issues. Be sure to stay and out there!
Cedar pollen levels have climbed to the second highest this season (and ranks in the TOP 5 CEDAR DAYS in the past 5 years!) -- it is 'Cedar Fever Season' in Oklahoma -- Do you know the signs (and helpful tips to minimize Cedar Fever)?
