The PSC will be running a CBT Skills Group beginning Tuesday, March 24th. The group will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30–7:30 p.m. and will run through April 28, 2026. Throughout the six sessions, participants will learn and practice cognitive-behavioral therapy skills including behavioral activation, identifying and restructuring cognitive distortions, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation strategies.

If you have been a student in Psychology at OSU, there is a good chance that your life, in one way or another, was positively impacted by Paticia Alexander! After 33 years of incredible, life-changing service to the Department of Psychology (and 35 overall at OSU), “Miss Patricia,” as so many know her, has decided to enter a well-earned retirement! She will be departing OSU at the end of September of this year and she and James have amazing plans!
