In 2020, Tyler died from an accidental fentanyl overdose & it absolutely broke Lily’s heart. True to Lily’s resilient nature, she and Tyler’s mom created a non-profit - Fentanyl Free Communities Foundation. I NEED YOUR HELP! Join me for my next session of the Stand In Your Truth Workshop. This workshop is about recognizing and releasing the baggage and the trauma of our past and unearthing all that is good within us. Each session cultivates more profound love, grace, & compassion for ourselves as we explore our life experiences. We will honor what is working, and gently heal what is not.

My role as a healer and facilitator of this workshop is to create a sacred, safe space for you to go inward and listen to your inner wisdom. In doing so, you can release limiting beliefs and gain the clarity needed to create the life you deserve.

Each session blends yoga, meditation, healing, & discussion.

Location: Mudita Wellness, Stillwater
