Total Health offers community members the opportunity to enhance their health status through a variety of programs and offerings. Total Health facility features include: Cardiovascular training equipment, Complete strength training equipment, Free weight area, aquatic exercise, Group exercise classes, 1/16th mile walking track, Full service locker rooms, Qualified and accredited staff. Health enrollment fee includes: Health Risk Assessment, Body Fat Analysis, Flexibility Analysis, Strength Analysis and Personalized Exercise Program.
