Dear patient,

Effective today, Friday 3/27, our office will ONLY be open on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Dr. Ellis will not be treating patients for a short time but Dr. Corey is available to treat all patients and massage therapy is still also available.

We wanted to take the time to inform you of the precautions we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our doctors, staff and patients.

• If you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 (i.e. fever, cough or shortness of breath) OR if you believe you have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to COVID-19, we would ask you to call to reschedule your appointment or wait until a later date to schedule. This also applied to any person that may have been exposed to COVID-19 symptoms while traveling.

• If you have not been feeling well, please come in at a later date.

• Please come to your appointment by yourself and/or limit who comes with you so we can adhere to the guidelines on social distancing.

• Hand sanitizer is provided in our office, please use upon arriving.

• If you have a copay or need to make a payment and feel more comfortable making an online payment out of the office, that can be done at www.northlandchiro.com.

Hello patient,

We want to let you, our valuable patient, know how much we care for you and the steps we are taking to keep you and our team safe during this time.

Our clinical surfaces, such as our treatment rooms, adjusting tables and massage room are already subjected to the rigorous CDC and ADA guidelines for preventing disease transmission, but as an additional precaution we have implemented additional protocols such as:

-Wipe down of ALL non-clinical surfaces in our practice. This will prevent transmission through touching surfaces such as doors and counter tops
-Additional and more rigorous sterilization of all surfaces throughout the office
-Suspending the use of the beverage and coffee bar

Our team has agreed to a strict policy to remain at home if they are unwell. We care about you and our community, and while we are committed to providing the chiropractic care that you need, we are unwilling to compromise your health and safety while doing so.

In our effort to keep you safe, should you experience any of the following symptoms prior to a scheduled appointment or scheduling a appointment, please consider (re)scheduling to a later date.

-Fever
-Fatigue
-Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Family member(s) whose is experiencing the symptoms above
