The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear….
…or simply making sure your nervous system is regulated so your body doesn’t confuse holiday festivities with being chased by a bear.😆🎄❄️🤭

It's been a hot minute since I've done a "things I am loving right now". I will get back to regularly share what I am doing, trying, or enjoying in life at this moment. Maybe it will encourage you to try, or experience new things as well!🤍
🦆 Urban Duck Mn tote bags: I LOVE supporting local small businesses and let me tell you, these bags are amazing! They are durable, can literally carry anything I throw in them, and I don't have to worry about them tipping, ripping, or getting destroyed in the MN elements.
☕️ Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee: I am a coffee girl through and through, but my anxiety started screaming after drinking a cup of regular coffee. I have tried many coffee alternatives and finally found one that tastes like a good ol'cup of joe. Add a splash of cream and you'll have yourself a yummy, non-anxiety inducing cup of coffee.
🪴BioToxin Binder Supplement: This is my go-to when my body needs a little extra help to detoxify. I have found this to be helpful to incorporate after doing house projects, a night out that involved foods I don't normally eat, or when I am in new environments. Taking it as needed has helped reduce my headaches and overall body inflammation.
🛁Elevated Integrative Ionic Foot Baths: The holidays are a time of indulgence for me, but I like to continue to support my body in the midst of it. These foot baths help my body detox, reduce inflammation, and leave me feeling fabulous after each relaxing soak.
⭐️"I am" Statements: Talk about building positive neural pathways, resilience, and a positive mindset - this has been a game changer for me. I have committed to writing five "I am" statements each day. By doing this, I am replacing my inner critic with words of truth, compassion and positivity!
Have you tried any of these? If not, I would love to know some things that you are loving right now! Share in the comments below!
*This is not medical advice. These are simply things I have personally tried and enjoy.*rye

It's true - it's call neuroplasticity!🧠
Your brain is constantly creating new neural pathways.
When you are trying to master a new skill, change your lifestyle habits, or your thought patterns - you are strengthening the neural networks that represent those.
✨This happens in our brains whether you perform it, or simply visualize it.✨
That is why it is SO IMPORTANT to be mindful of your thoughts, beliefs, and words you tell yourself.
Visualizing positive outcomes, results and change strengthens those neural pathways - making it easier for your nervous system to shift your pattern.
Visualizing negative outcomes, thoughts, or results only further reinforces those in your brain.
You can decide which pathway you want to reinforce in your nervous system by making small actions/decisions every day to visualize the best, positive outcome(s) possible!💖Simply thinking and believing that you CAN sets you up for success and helps rewire your brain's patterns.

Down-regulate your nervous system when you're on the go...✌️
These three easy actions help calm your nervous system by stimulating your vagus nerve. Your vagus nerve is a key player in your parasympathetic nervous system (the calming, rest and digest mode).
It is important to pay special attention to the “tone” of your vagus nerve. Vagal tone is an internal biological process that represents the activity of your vagus nerve. Increasing your vagal tone activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and having higher vagal tone means that your body can relax faster after stress.🙌
These are my three favorite, easy to do actions to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm your nervous system when you're on the go:
- Humming: put on your favorite tune and hum along with it, or simply hum throughout the day.
- Singing: make up your own jingle, sing to your kids/animals, or simply sing when you need a little pick me up.
-Breath work: focus on your exhale being longer than your inhale. For instance, inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds.
Pick one activity that brings you joy and it is as often as possible, daily.💖
With consistency, you will notice a sense of calm and ease in your body.

❄️Which reminder resonated with you in this season?❄️

Imagine how different your perspective on healing and health would be if this were the case…😮💨👀
This audio made me think of all the incredible caregivers in my practice and the trend I have seen…
…I’ve noticed women in caregiver roles often put their needs last. Everyone else in the family gets prioritized care and attention - but when it comes to receiving care for themselves, they’ll be last in line.
Caregivers are selfless, loving and willing to go all in for everyone in their life. But can we shift this perspective just a notch?⤵️
💭Let’s imagine what the ripple effect would be if you made your needs and health a priority…
•You would feel your best through the day.
•Your energy would be stable and reliable.
•Your nervous system would be calm.
•Your body would feel at ease.
•You would feel more present during day.
•You would show up as your best self.
✨If all this were true, imagine how this could positively shift the entire experience you have, while simultaneously uplifting your family too!
Being a caregiver is the ultimate act of love AND the caregiver needs love too.💖

In my third trimester of pregnancy I was having a lot of lower pelvic pain and round ligament pain, something I had just assumed was a part of pregnancy and something I would have to deal with for the next 6 weeks. My baby was also in a breached position at 34 weeks and I had been told by my doctor the chances of him flipping on his own were slim due to lack of space.
After just one adjustment I noticed relief and with continued adjustments even more relief!! At my 37 week appointment my baby had turned to the optimal position for a natural delivery. Even my medical doctor was surprised!
I would highly recommend Revival Chiropractic for your prenatal care. I was able to enjoy the last weeks of my pregnancy and deliver my baby naturally. My only regret is not starting earlier on in my pregnancy!
Dr. Anna and Dr. Monica are so good at explaining everything they are doing and so knowledgeable about chiropractic care in pregnancy it was really comforting. The adjustments were so relaxing too! The doctors are so eager and excited to give their patients the best experience and are genuinely passionate about what they do!!
