✨ I welcome spiritual solutions to bring me back to peace. ✌🏻 The word “spiritual” means something different to everyone. For many it invokes the idea of prayer, faith, or surrender. To others it may mean meditation or even a walk in the woods. One of the things I love about being downtown is my neighbors. People often ask if it’s awkward being in the same building as another yoga studio and a Pilates studio. I always answer the same. NO! I love it! 💘

Our practices complement each other and all offer important movement and insight for mind and body. One size doesn’t always fit all. But how cool is it that you could get all three and park in the same lot?!

Need a softer practice? Gentle yoga is our specialty! 💗 When people join us at Mudita Wellness we often hear that we are exactly what they were looking for.

We mean it when we say our classes are gentle! What do we mean by that? I think the best way to describe it is that you will not feel pushed beyond your comfort level or into anything you aren't ready for.

We'll encourage. We'll support. But we'll never force.

Getting quiet helps us rebalance. But getting quiet can feel hard. Sometimes we need to get out of our own space - out of our own way - to make it happen.

Mindful Movement & Meditation offers that space.

We get quiet, but also we do not. What I mean by that is it isn't just sitting in silence. Meditation is guided so that there's a voice inside of your head other than your own.

We also use different techniques to invite quiet in. Sometimes it's gentle movement. Other times it's hand mudras. Sometimes it's seated. Others it's lying down. Switching things up helps us stay comfortable and take the practice deeper.
