During our Annual Brunch, we introduced the First Moon Kit – a new Women of Wellness initiative designed to support young girls and teens as they embrace a new phase of womanhood.

First Moon Kits gently introduce menstrual products in a way that is both empowering and nourishing, and equip our next generation with the tools they need. But these kits are more than just essentials, they’re a reminder to young women in our community that they are never alone. 💖

Now, we’re inviting you to be part of something truly meaningful. Whether you’re a Women of Wellness Member or simply someone who believes in lifting up the next generation, there’s a place for you in this initiative.

We're two days away from our SOLD OUT Phases of a Woman Brunch and we've got fashion on the brain. For those attending their first brunch and others who are still wondering "what in the world do I wear to this one" ... well, we've got some answers and inspiration for you.

Our short answer: Wear whatever makes you feel good!

Our long answer: Historically, the Women of Wellness Brunch has always been – and still is – a business casual event. Some women come straight from the office, some women go all out, and some women land in between the two while fully embracing the theme.

This year, our theme is very celestial and this fun color palette will surely get your wheels spinning. Think: all shades of blue, a little sparkle here, a touch of metallic there.

Today, on International Women’s Day—a global day dedicated to recognizing the achievements of women and advocating for the health and well-being of women everywhere—we are proud to celebrate a true trailblazer in our community: Dr. Cara Pence.

Dr. Pence is a Stillwater Medical physician, long-standing Foundation donor, and the inaugural recipient of our Women of Wellness Trailblazer Award, presented at CAMP WOW last fall.

A passionate advocate for women’s health, Dr. Pence emphasizes early detection and the importance of prioritizing personal well-being. That passion has already made a remarkable impact in our community. In early 2024, she rallied local partners to build a strong community presence for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Just two years later, these efforts have tripled local mammogram numbers and expanded early detection education farther and wider than ever before.

Thank you, Dr. Pence, for your pioneering leadership and dedication to advancing women’s health. Your incredible servant heart has made—and continues to make—a lasting difference for women in our community and beyond.

The 2026 Phases of a Woman Brunch is officially SOLD OUT!

The Women of Wellness Committee and our Foundation team have been dreaming up this event for months – and we can hardly wait to share this morning with all 300 of you. Every ticket purchased, every sponsorship, and every carefully curated centerpiece is directly supporting women's health in our community. Thank you.

They're back! For the second year in a row, the tables at our Phases of a Woman Annual Brunch will display beautiful and unique centerpieces designed by 38 local businesses and creators.

We’re thrilled to highlight many returning designers and welcome several new ones to the mix. We know their creativity and attention to detail will once again help set the tone for an inspiring event among the stars. 💫🪐🌙

Oh! That’s not all…. This year, we’re adding an extra touch of excitement: Many of the stunning centerpieces will be raffled off to lucky attendees at the conclusion of the event! 🎉

The Women of Wellness Annual Brunch takes place on Wednesday, March 11 at 10:00 am. We hope you’ll join us for a morning filled with connection, celebration, education – and the chance to take home a gorgeous centerpiece!
