DIY Recipe: Classic Rose Spray

Rose essential oil aromatherapy promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a positive mood. It can be used as a facial mist to hydrate and brighten. It will also freshen the air and neutralize odors.Ingredients: 1/2 cup distilled or filtered water, 6-12 drops of rose essential oil, small glass spray bottle.

Instructions: Pour water into the bottle, add the oil, and shake well before each use.

Variation: For a more calming scent, add 5 drops of lavender essential oil.
