If you are trying to call something toward you but you are not still, are not present and listening, there is no address available to receive the wish. At the same time, there is an element of not grasping or focusing too much on what you wish for, because with tunnel vision and over control you can miss it, too.

Being in a peaceful state helps us align with our truth, our essence and allows us to receive what flows to us. May ☮️ be with you 🙏✨🫶

Hey so sweet to be invited to be part of another tea and sound session, with .co as our lovely host. Looking forward to connect with new community and share the beautiful blend that tea and sound are, two potent medicines on their own.

We did one of these offerings back in October and the feedback was otherworldly. That said, always good to leave expectations at the door and come with an open mind and heart. Only 20 spots for this event, please register soon if you plan on coming 🙏

Full moon in Gemini afternoon Astro+Sound session at Oakdale Nature Preserve this Thursday from 1-2:15pm. $36. Tickets will close out by 8am on Thursday morning. Check the link in profile to sign up.

We aim to know everything; we are socialized to feel bad for not knowing, but what is possible when you know everything? Nothing. If everything is known, there is nothing more to know, right? Is it about being right? Or being open? To learning?

The don’t know mind in the Zen tradition frees us from the limiting beliefs that hold us back from realizing truth. This session on Thursday will highlight some of the themes of this Gemini full moon and offer ways to cultivate more wonder and curiosity in your life.

FRIDAY REMINDER = ¡FREMINDER!

Quick little story time…Krishna said to Arjuna, “it is because of your *love* that I am allowing you to hear and see all this.”

The vision that comes with third eye opening is often coming from a place of devotion and love. We do not receive such a gift of intuition from efforting alone or from being seen as perfect. This kind of offering is received because of being in right relationship and in devotion to one’s faith/path/God.

Where is your love? Our heart space fuels so much and sustains us through some of the toughest times. May all the love in your heart be enough to support you in these challenging times. Wishing you all the love as you close out October and welcome November 🖤

Friday + Reminder = Freminders

Not sure that works but feeling it out…🤣

It’s been a week friends, we are in the preshadow period of Mercury going retrograde, do you feel it?

It’s time to cut through any parts of ourselves that we’ve been masking behind that have expired.

While many of us are backing out of social media I’m doing the same but also being more intentional about my visits. (While also staying disciplined). Hoping to post 1-2x on each of my accounts per week as I’m inspired to share.

Next Astro+Sound class is starting to fill up 🙌 look at the sweet signage over at the Nature Center! 😍

✨ November 5 from 6:30-7:45pm ✨

This class theme is “sensing peace”…we will build from the Aries courage theme from last month to move toward integrity—the place from which we can co-create peace!

Maya Angelou said, “Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently.“

We will talk a bit about Neptune going into Pisces and dive into how lying and delusion are the antithesis to courage! How to keep building our courage muscle we must be also actively honing in on being more honest with ourselves 🙏🕊️🤍

First of the astro+sound series begins in a week from Monday!

Come join me as we chat about astrology and get back to a regular sound practice together!

ARIES FULL MOON will call in a special energy of release and reset, as the moon lunation will be coming to its fullest, offering a moment of completion and letting go, while being in the first sign of the zodiac, all about the developing self and initiation! Having the courage to be here in form 💪

More will be shared that evening with a little Astro report for the collective on other aspects at play of the moon. If you can’t make it, check out the reel tab on account for some of the astrology ✨

Sound helps us release the pattern recognition software of the left brain, stories, timelines, in favor of coming to the present moment instead. Sound helps still the mind and lets the nervous system settle and we can become more aware of our mental and physical response to our mental problems and drop into our soul body and see/feel from a higher perspective. The mind in its relaxed state allows for a broader sense of reality.

Class is $36 and registration closes Friday, October 3. Check out oakdalemn.gov and look under Recreation Department. Under adult classes you’ll find a category called Sound Healing. Sign up before it fills. Open to 24 people 🙏
