In 2015 Dr. Philip Ploska proudly opened Regenerative Orthopaedics & Spine Institute (ROSI). At ROSI we strive to create an atmosphere in which patients are treated like family, not a number. From wheelchair-bound in 2015 to MARATHON FINISHER in 2026 🏅🏅
26.2 miles!!

Ivy completed her first marathon this weekend and what a journey it has been. In 2015, she was confined to a wheelchair as Ankylosing Spondylitis attacked her spine. Today, she crossed the finish line stronger than ever.
Her story is one of resilience, determination, and never giving up even when the odds feel overwhelming.
We are beyond proud of you, Ivy.
Proof that with faith, fight, and the right team beside you… miracles happen. Her incredible surgeon and dedicated care team Dr. Philip Ploska, Lisa Sims, DNP, FNP-C, and Dana Loner, ROT were there this weekend, cheering Ivy on and celebrating every mile of her extraordinary achievement. 💙💙💙💙
