My main goal in this practice is to connect local people with the plants that grow outside their doorsteps. I believe that plants and humans have become sadly disconnected in past generations and feel that there are a lot of ways plants can improve the general health of humans whether it be through direct cultivation, medicine making and wild crafting, or just getting people out into nature more.

For the past three years, I have enhanced my lifetime of learning about plants for health and medicine through the extensive study of Clinical Herbalism.
