💙 Elder Ridge Manor is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Caregivers to join our team immediately in a warm and supportive Adult Foster Care home. We provide care for adults who need assistance with daily living while maintaining a family-like, home-style environment.

📍 Location: Stockbridge, MI
Position Type: Full-time & Part-time
⏰Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift (full-time & part-time positions available)

• Encourage daily activities and social engagement 🎨🎲
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry 🧺
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean living environment 🏡

📋 Qualifications:
• Experience with adults with disabilities, mental illness, or elderly populations NOT required
• Must pass a background check
• 🚗 Reliable transportation & good attendance
• Patience, empathy, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility

Position: Direct Care Staff
Location: Stockbridge, MI
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available (no first shift positions available)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance

Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals

Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering an environment of dignity and respect

Support residents in recreational and social activities

Ensure cleanliness and safety of the home environment

Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred, but not required

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to handle physical tasks and respond to emergencies with guidance
