“And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another…” – Hebrews 10:25

Community matters. Faith grows stronger when we walk it out together. That’s why one of the ways The Bridge Wellness South supports our clients is by helping connect them with local churches. Many of the individuals we serve are new to the faith or don’t yet have a church home, and we are honored to provide a list of welcoming churches in our community where they can find encouragement, discipleship, and support.

As our ministry grows, we are also praying for more churches and volunteers to partner with us in serving families in Henry County.

We especially need:
💙 Strong men to mentor through our Men on Mission program
💙 Volunteers to teach parenting and life-skills education
💙 Helping hands in our Baby Boutique
💙 Patient advocates to walk alongside clients with compassion

Today we are celebrating Lynn Mallory, our incredible Client Services Director at Bridge Wellness South.

Every day, Lynn walks alongside clients from all walks of life—first-time moms, women who feel they have no support, and even those who believe abortion is their only option. She meets each person with compassion, patience, and Christ-centered care, reminding them they are not alone.

Through our Parent Readiness Program, Lynn helps families gain more than just knowledge. She equips them with education, mentorship, and tangible support like diapers, wipes, car seats, clothing, formula, baby food, and so much more.

Because being pro-life means caring for the whole family—before birth and long after.

🌸 Women’s History Month Spotlight: Dr. Mildred Jefferson 🌸

This month, we honor women whose bravery helped shape history — and whose courage continues to inspire us today.

Dr. Mildred Jefferson made history as the first Black woman to graduate from Harvard Medical School. She later became a co-founder of the National Right to Life Committee and a national voice advocating for the dignity of both mother and child.

She stood at the powerful intersection of civil rights, medicine, and human dignity, reminding our nation that justice and compassion must go hand in hand.

Dr. Jefferson once demonstrated that courage isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like standing for life in rooms where you are the only voice.

At The Bridge Wellness South, we carry that same heart — serving women with compassionate, holistic care that affirms both their strength and the value of every life.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate women who chose conviction over comfort and compassion over compromise.
