Renu Wound Care is redefining how wound care is delivered across post-acute settings. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and Wound Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Our mission is to reduce hospital readmissions and improve patient outcomes in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings.

What You’ll Do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
* Develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.
* Perform bedside procedures, including debridement and advanced dressing applications.
* Collaborate with facility staff and physicians to coordinate care.

What We Are Looking For:
* Active Nurse Practitioner license in [Insert State].
