I make these and call them Detox Baths, I add a small amount of bentonite clay to them. Bentonite clay has negatively charged particles that attract and bind positively charged toxins and impurities of our skin. That ionic interaction is what helps pull out those unwanted substances helping reduce inflammation.

Making a new batch this season..These are the 2oz jars for $10, but i will make 4oz jars for $16. i have used this through the year as a muscle rub as well and for me its equally beneficial to the Arborne muscle rub I use to use.

Since Vick's v***r rub is toxic garbage... I found a recipe I really like for homemade chest rub that is simple and clean... And boy will it clear up your sinus cavity with a good whiff (That's what I used to love about Vicks 😜) Some almond and coconut oils, some beeswax, menthol crystals, eucalyptus, rosemary
