!!! Surging Demand: The Stockton Emergency Food Bank reported in November 2025 that they were serving roughly 678 cars per week, up from 450, representing a 35% increase in demand following SNAP (food stamp) cuts. !!!
Child Hunger: Roughly 20.3% of children in San Joaquin County are food insecure, a rate that indicates high local vulnerability compared to general population averages.
