Berdia Miller
February 25, 1957 - November 7, 2020

Berdia Miller was born and raised in Stockton CA area. She received her Christian Foundation at Power House Mission Church of God in Christ. She was educated in the Stockton Unified School District and graduated with honors from Edison High School in 1975.

Soon after graduation, she married Dennis Dean Miller in September of 1975. She supported her husband’s military career while being stationed overseas and stateside for many years. While maintaining her certification and practicing her own career as a nurse.

She returned to Stockton CA and joined her husbands family in service to the Lord here at Community Baptist Church during her adult life.

She was a dedicated mother 1st and foremost, giving birth to Dennis Dean Miller Jr. in 1977, she and her husband adopted daughters Mahogany Miller, Shy’Brea Miller, and Sons Nathaniel Miller, and Marcus Miller. She raised daughter Zaqueria Perryman through guardianship. She fostered many and was mother figure to many more.

She was proceeded in death by her Mother Jessie Smith and her “Pops” Albert Smith.
She leaves to mourn her Husband Dennis Miller, Her children Dennis Miller Jr.(Chrysta), Nathaniel Miller, Marcus Miller, Mahogany Miller, Shy’Brea Miller, Zaqueria Perryman, Her Sisters Wanda Edmon, Donna Boner(Nathan), Joy Jordan (Paris), 15 Grandchildren, A Goddaughter, and A host of nieces and nephews and many many friends.
