T-Mobile establishes 988 emergency number for mental health

Article includes some of the states currently using 988 system unfortunately California is not among them. In reading appears system implementation is going east to west.

T-Mobile said it will now support Location-Based Routing and Next Generation 911 connectivity over IP technologies for emergency calls.
