The El Concilio California Small Business Forum, presented in partnership with the San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Stanislaus State - Stockton Campus, is a free two-day symposium designed to empower micro and small business owners.

Gain valuable insights in market analysis, business strategy, and marketing trends, learning directly from experts committed to helping local businesses thrive.

Three LaunchPad Entrepreneur Scholarships will be awarded to recognize small business excellence, innovation, and vision.

Location: Stanislaus State - Stockton Campus

Our Story

For the last 51 years, El Concilio has built relationships throughout the San Joaquin Central Valley. The foundation of the organization was a $10,000 dollar grant from the Catholic Diocese to aid the migrant workers with immigration and social welfare issues. However, that foundation was built on more than money. It took the trust of people and the confidence that El Concilio would truly assist them in their time of need. El Concilio continues that tradition and strengthening that foundation with each program geared toward the low-income population, individuals who have social, mental or physical barriers to obtaining services. We at Concilio are committed to provide the best services possible to the community through counseling, referrals, education, and in the belief that persons empowered to help themselves will become significant assets to the community at large. El Concilio offers services to infants, youth, adults, families and seniors. These services are open to any person seeking assistance.
