I help people maximize their health with life changing Nikken Wellness Products and using Strain Counterstrain hands on techniques to reset their bodies

I am Karen Messersmith and I am passionate about helping people maximize their health. I am a physical therapist of 30 years who uses an osteopathic technique called Strain Counterstain to help align the body. This is a gentle but powerful technique that resets the body to work better. I have specialized in treating chronic pain patients and athletes for years. I also have been using incredible Nikken Wellness Products for 20 years with energy technology which enhance how the body works. My family has been using these products and living in a Nikken Wellness Home for 20 years with amazing benefits for our health. I went from chronic pain 15 years ago to completing my first Ironman in Cozumel for my 50th birthday and could not have done it without Nikken Products. I love to consult and treat people to help them make their greatness gains. My motto is "Anything Is Possible" - I am living proof!!!
