Why do patients give Chastity McCullick, FNP-C, five stars?

"Chastity is a very good listener. I switched providers over to the Stockton area after moving to Bolivar. She made the transferring super easy. She listens, actually cares and I left there feeling that my journey ahead is going to be better because she actually listened to me. She made my medicine and everything easier to understand and I will hopefully get my life better on track. I appreciate her and I think she's doing amazing." —Patient comment, Oct. 23, 2025

🎃 Keep Halloween Fun and Safe! 👻

Halloween is an exciting night for kids. Help keep it safe with these simple tips.

Costume Safety: Choose fire-resistant costumes, add reflective tape or glow sticks and use makeup instead of masks.

Trick-or-Treating: Young children should have an adult with them. Plan safe, well-lit routes and remind kids not to enter strangers’ homes. Wait until home to check treats.

Drivers: Slow down, stay alert and watch for children in dark clothing.

Have a safe and happy Halloween!

Early detection saves lives. Regular mammograms are one of the most effective ways to detect breast cancer early—when it’s most treatable.

Citizens Memorial Hospital now offers 3D mammography, providing clearer, more detailed images that help radiologists detect cancer earlier and reduce the need for follow-up imaging.
