- favoring head to one side

New Therapy Available!

I'm so excited to offer laser therapy! It is a dual wavelength laser with or without electrical stimulation. Laser therapy can decrease pain, reduce inflammation, ease muscle soreness, boost circulation, and improve muscle strength and flexibility.

Conditions that lasers can help with - arthritis, pain and inflammation, neuropathy, sports injuries, skin repair & wrinkle reduction.

If you're interested in laser therapy, you can add it on to your appointment when booking! If you can seem to figure out how to add it on, just add it into the notes section when booking.

Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a great week! I wanted to let everyone know of two features on the online booking and patient portal.

First - I know I'm booked out a couple weeks right now. If you get on to schedule and don't see a spot, please put yourself on the waitlist! This is the best way to get fit into the schedule or quickest if someone cancels. Also, send us a message! Which brings me to the next feature..

Second - secure messaging in the patient portal. I love this feature and think it's better than texting us. It stays in the EHR system. So if you have a question about your billing, your at home recommendations, or you need in and don't see an appointment for a couple weeks, send us a message in the portal!

For new patients, please schedule your first appointment as an initial exam. Returning patients, please schedule a regular adjustment or appointment.

Miss Vivian Joann Darnell born 8/16/2025! Her 3 older siblings are so in love and doing very well with her. Both mom and Vivian are doing great, so we’re going to *slowly* ease back into treating patients starting September 9th! The schedule is up online to book!

Becca resolved my round ligament pain in one visit! Highly recommend.

We’re excited to finally share some big news- we are now offering women’s pelvic floor therapy at RCH!

After months of preparation, our Rehab team is ready to begin providing this much-needed care right here in Rooks County.

Pelvic Floor Therapy will be performed by the wonderful Becca Dreiling, PT, DPT, and Traci Hamel, PTA, using new equipment funded by the RCH Healthcare Foundation and RCH Auxiliary.

We can get you in quickly, without the long delays you might find elsewhere.

This therapy can help with:

Urinary incontinence, urgency, or pelvic pain

Recovery after pregnancy, hysterectomy, or cancer treatment

Pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and more

I wanted to post a reminder that I am officially on maternity leave as of August 4th. We are patiently waiting for baby girl to make her arrival. I am unsure when I will be returning back to work as of now. Once we get settled in as a family of 6, healed, back into the swing of homeschooling, and figure out what this next season of practice is going to look like for me, I will let you all know when I plan to be back serving patients!

I want to take a moment to say how truly grateful I am for you all and this business I have built. We moved back to Plainville in 2019 due to my dad being diagnosed with terminal cancer, and most of you have been with me since those early days - from having one baby in the office with us, now through 3 maternity leaves, and soon to be 4 kiddos. Your unwavering support of me and of our growing family has been nothing short of amazing. You are all very appreciated, and the sincere care for me, my family, and my maternity leave has been incredible. Serving patients has never been about money or accolades to me; it has always been about treating people right and helping them get out of pain as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Being able to balance serving patients while raising my babies will forever be one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Happy Friday! I wanted to give everyone a heads up for next month. I am currently booking into the second week of July, and things are VERY busy around here. I will be OUT OF THE OFFICE July 21-25 for vacation, and then I plan to be on maternity leave starting August 4th as I am due with baby #4 the following week! For my regulars, I would suggest getting on and getting your appointments booked for the remaining time! I appreciate you all and hope you have a great weekend!
